Systematic Attitude Development-Technique (SAD-T) is a proven process created and implemented by Gail Kasper in her coaching and speaking programs. What is SAD-T?
- SADT-T is based on the proven theory that logic keeps us focused and helps us achieve life's goals vs negative emotion which prevents us from taking the action necessary to reach the desired outcome. This emotional response causes hesitation or lack of action and may be due to past experiences or current challenges but also becomes reflective in a person's attitude. Hence, we do not move forward, but instead stagnate or revert back to bad, unproductive habits.
- SAD-T is a time-tested process used by Gail in transforming her life. It has helped thousands of people maintain a positive attitude, take action and accomplish their goals or build confident career skills through success-driven steps, despite any preconceived thoughts or emotional setbacks.
- SAD-T provides participants with a task list, and despite resistance, participants are encouraged and guided to follow it. These easy-to-follow, step-by-step processes will help them reach their objectives, whether becoming an effective time manager or leader, attaining a Level 1 Sales Certification, or increasing overall performance and revenues. It enables participants to stay focused, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude. As they practice the Technique, the process becomes easier and more fulfilling.
- SAD-T creates a spiral effect where positive action promotes continued positive action. This spiral effect results in participants perpetually moving forward, thereby maintaining a more positive level of enthusiasm and confidence, which helps them to achieve their goals.
With the Systematic Attitude Development-Technique, coaching or speaking sessions begin with a plan and end with next steps so that participants maintain a high level of activity and accountability.
