"Make a Decision to Win" Foundation |
The “Make a Decision to Win”
Foundation, a charitable fund, 501(c)(3), under
the Congressional District funds, provides
support to: • Students and schools, inner-city
and after-school programs, orphanages, the homeless,
and men’s and women’s shelters
• Other charitable funds
whether fighting disease or promoting education
and growth
• Support groups of those experiencing life’s
challenges such as divorce and job loss. The Foundation
believes that the strength of us, as adults and
parents, will establish the strength of our children.
• Front-line employees. It is the production
and commitment of the Front-Line Employee that
determines the strength of our business economy
and the future of America.
The essence of the Foundation is for all to live their
"best" self through personal and professional
motivational programs. The idea of each session
is to uncover hidden strengths and talents so
that they build an increased level of self-esteem
and confidence and are empowered to attain their
goals and unleash the greatness within themselves.
The Foundation is specific to one cause, “the
people of this great nation of ours.” It
does not discriminate on any level. As long as
someone is seeking more in their lives, regardless
of their income, career, age, race, religion,
or gender, we will reach out with our thoughts
and words to offer guidance and make a difference
in their lives.

APOLLO
Program
(Achievement thru Principles, Optimism, Leadership,
Learning, and Opportunity)
The APOLLO Program emphasizes the
Mission of the Make a Decision to Win Foundation “helping
individuals to uncover the greatness within themselves
and reach for their dreams.” APOLLO provides
them with the formulas to Achieve through defining
Principles, Optimism, Leadership, continuous Learning,
and Opportunity. The APOLLO program may take the
form of a motivational keynote speech or, if working
with an underprivileged group, be a specific training
program on Communication Skills, Sales, Public
Speaking, or Interviewing.
Non-Profit organizations such as the American
Cancer Society, United Way, the American Red Cross,
Boat People SOS, Achievement Dynamics, H.O.P.E.
(Helping Other People Evolve), and the March of
Dimes have benefited from the Motivational Speeches
of the Make a Decision to Win Foundation.
Schools, inner-city and after-school programs,
orphanages, the homeless, men’s and women’s
shelters, divorce groups, and job fairs are also
supported by the APOLLO Program and the Make a
Decision to Win Foundation through not only Motivational
efforts, but also specific skill and job development.
I
would like the Make a Decision to Win Foundation to
support my school, non-profit organization, inner
city or after-school program, support group, or
job fair.
Front-Line Employees represent
the future of America. They determine the future
growth of an organization and the strength of
our economy. The MDTW Foundation wants to help these
organizations encourage their employees to step
up to the plate, display 100% commitment for both
the company and themselves. The Make a Decision
to Win Foundation is partnering up with local organizations
to provide these key employees with the skills
and motivation to set and pursue their goals and
dreams.
Every quarter, the MDTW Foundation will provide a select
group of organizations with a complimentary 45-minute
motivational speech for up to 25 employees.
I
would like my organization to be considered for
this opportunity.
Spokesperson
Opportunities
As Executive Director, Gail
Kasper, will also evaluate and consider Spokesperson
opportunities to support causes complementing
the Foundation’s efforts.
I
would like Gail to consider becoming a Spokesperson
for my organization.
